Jesse is a proud Wadawurrung man with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. A qualified boilermaker, rigger, and crane operator, he has worked on major projects across Victoria and brings a wealth of technical know-how and hands-on leadership to Marna Construction. Jesse’s vision is to grow the company into a strong Aboriginal-owned business that creates opportunities for his community and delivers high-quality results for every client.

Justin has built his career across a wide range of construction projects, gaining a reputation for reliability, hard work, and problem-solving on the job. As co-founder of Marna Construction alongside Jesse, Justin brings practical experience and a strong drive to build a business that values skill, safety, and connection. Together, he and Jesse are committed to delivering projects that clients can trust, while building pathways for Aboriginal employment in the industry.
